On November 05, 2025, BriHyNergy has dispatched three 1MW-class BriLyzer®-R200 PEM Electrolyzers to Europe, marking a significant milestone in its global expansion and underscoring China’s growing presence in the international green hydrogen equipment market.
The shipment highlights BriHyNergy’s progress in scaling up PEM and AEM electrolysis technology and demonstrates the company’s capacity to deliver large-scale, high-performance hydrogen solutions that meet European standards for safety, efficiency, and reliability.

BriHyNergy is one of the few companies worldwide — and the only one in China — to achieve full-stack, independent development and manufacturing capability across the PEM hydrogen value chain. Its technology portfolio spans PEM, MEAs, and complete electrolyzers.
The BriLyzer® - R200 PEM Electrolyzers incorporates BriHyNergy’s proprietary BriPEM® dual-reinforced membrane, offering exceptional durability and chemical stability. The company’s advanced MEA fabrication techniques and compact stack architecture optimize efficiency, thermal management, and load response — ensuring consistent hydrogen production even under dynamic operating conditions.

The Electrolyzer has achieved EU CE certification, verifying compliance with rigorous European standards across design, manufacturing, and operational safety. This certification provides a solid foundation for BriHyNergy’s continued expansion into the European market.
Prior to shipment, all three BriLyzer® - R200 PEM Electrolyzers successfully completed Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) witnessed by international clients. The tests, conducted in accordance with global standards, confirmed outstanding performance across key indicators, including hydrogen output efficiency, energy consumption, and pressure stability.

Each unit demonstrated stable hydrogen generation at 3.5 MPa, rapid response under fluctuating loads, and ultra-low hydrogen crossover in oxygen streams. The systems not only met but exceeded contractual performance requirements, earning high praise from the client’s engineering team.
This delivery represents a key step in BriHyNergy’s internationalization strategy and reinforces the company’s position as a rising force in the global hydrogen technology landscape.
BriHyNergy continues to advance both PEM and AEM electrolysis technologies, accelerate localization of core materials, and drive down the cost of green hydrogen production. The company is actively expanding its footprint across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, aiming to partner with global energy developers, utilities, and industrial hydrogen users.
“Our mission is to make green hydrogen accessible and affordable on a global scale,” said a BriHyNergy spokesperson. “The delivery of our BriLyzer® - R200 PEM Electrolyzers to Europe marks an important step toward that goal — demonstrating that Chinese innovation can meet and exceed international performance and safety standards.”
BriHyNergy’s technology is expected to contribute to several upcoming European renewable hydrogen projects, supporting regional decarbonization goals and reinforcing the momentum toward a sustainable energy future.
