Market Development Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Research and analyze the power sector hydrogen production equipment market, including policies, industry trends, and market dynamics.
2. Gather project information on clients, competitors, bidding, and negotiations; develop existing and potential customer bases.
3. Drive large-account business development, covering technical coordination, quotations, project execution, and full-cycle sales.
4. Formulate and implement regional business and market plans based on targets, customer distribution, and market characteristics.
5. Identify customer needs, explore opportunities, and develop, market, and maintain target clients to achieve sales goals.
6. Conduct competitive analysis, set project strategies, prepare proposals, manage bidding, and lead contract negotiations.
7. Perform other duties assigned by management.
Recruitment requirements:
1. Experience: 8+ years in large-account development in the power sector or 3+ years in new energy (hydrogen) sales; experience in market expansion, sales, and client acquisition in new energy, hydrogen, or energy storage preferred; industry network a plus.

Overseas Market Development Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for overseas market expansion, sales, business development, and brand promotion of hydrogen production equipment via water electrolysis.
- Analyze overseas market demand, competition, and trends; design and execute targeted development strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to research target markets, identify and maintain potential clients, and achieve overseas market development goals.
- Monitor policies, regulations, and market needs in target markets; track competitor activities and market changes.
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant enterprises and institutions to expand overseas presence.
- Regularly report overseas market development progress to the company.
- Lead overseas incubation and commercialization of new businesses, including microgrids, solar-powered hydrogen production, energy storage, and renewable mining solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis for new businesses, covering demand, growth trends, policies, and competition.
- Design solutions and business models for mining enterprises, conduct cost and profitability analysis, and develop detailed expansion plans.
- Secure resources and partners to execute development plans; maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
Recruitment requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years in large-account development or 3+ years in new energy (hydrogen) sales; experience in power-sector new energy, hydrogen, or energy storage preferred; existing network in new energy/hydrogen industries a plus; prior sales experience in hydrogen production equipment preferred.
- Industry Background:** Experience in market development within hydrogen, new energy, energy storage, oil, chemical, power, or hydrogen refueling station sectors; background in hydrogen or water electrolysis industry preferred.
- Education:** Bachelor’s degree or above; under 35; majors in chemical engineering, materials science, marketing, new energy, electrochemistry, business management, hydrogen energy, or related fields.
- 3+ years in overseas market development, familiar with target markets and international marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of water electrolysis technology, product features, advantages, and applications; ability to independently research projects, design solutions, and conduct business negotiations.

Electrolyzer Test Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily assembly and testing of electrolytic cells (stacks) and related components.
2. Responsible for daily data analysis and processing.
3. Responsible for completing other tasks arranged by the leadership.
Recruitment requirements:
1. Honest and steady;
2. College degree or above in chemical engineering, electrochemistry, energy and other majors (including fresh graduates).
3. Workers who have a professional background in water electrolysis or fuel cells or have been engaged in lithium battery testing are preferred.
4. Knowledge of other test equipment such as electrochemical workstation is preferred.
Electrolyzer Sealing Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the selection of electrolytic cell sealing materials and the verification of experimental design.
2. Responsible for the design and verification of sealing structures such as gas seals and water seals in the electrode plates of the electrolytic cell.
3. Responsible for the evaluation, development and docking work of sealing related suppliers.
4. Responsible for completing other tasks arranged by the leadership.
Recruitment requirements:

Coating Process Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop production process documentation, including design targets, initial process flowcharts, special characteristics lists, operation instructions, and process optimization plans.
2. Evaluate and adjust process product indicators.
3. Analyze defects and anomalies; follow up on corrective measures and their effectiveness.
4. Provide overall technical support and ensure process stability; optimize sample processing analysis.
5. Adjust process parameters based on trial production; report feedback and improvements to supervisors promptly.
6. Validate and document new fixtures, equipment, and process introductions.
Recruitment requirements:
1. Preferably experienced in materials, battery coating, film preparation, mechanical design, or membrane electrode fabrication.

R&D Engineer
